Q2. How long I can get a sample?
For our on-shelf products, you can get a sample within 5 - 7 days. For customized samples, it will be 7-10 days.
Q3. Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for standard, low-value products. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Q4. What's your package?
We are flexible to offer package with & without retail hook upon request. We have standard carton box and gift box We could also provide customized one.
Q5. What is the lead time for your products?
It would depend on the models, stocks and quantity. Normally, for the standard products, it would need 10 to 25 working days.
Q6. How to delivery?
We could provide EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, CPT, CIP, DDP and etc. If you don’t have an own forwarder in China, we could find one to delivery by express, sea, air, or land.
Q7. What is the warranty?
We provide a 12 months warranty counting from our shipping date (B/L date), and you can send us RMA report on quarterly basis for replacement or refund every quarter. During warranty period, the product could be unconditionally free replaced or returned if it has any quality problem.
